Zakri Bin Mohammad Khir was appointed to the Board in 2024.

He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He was appointed the Chairman of Allianz Malaysia Berhad on 23 June 2022 and previously served as the General Manager of The American Malaysian Insurance Berhad. His leadership roles include being a Council member of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) from October 2018 to February 2020 and Board Chairman of Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) from October 2019 to March 2020. Currently, he is also the Chairman of Yayasan Chow Kit, a position he has held since June 2023.
